What's the difference between Standard Submission and RCIC Review?
All paid applications are submitted through our licensed RCIC. With Standard Submission, the RCIC checks that everything is complete and requests missing info if needed — but doesn't give strategic advice. With RCIC Review, the consultant actively reviews every document, provides specific improvement suggestions, and gives expert recommendations to strengthen your case before submission.
Who submits my application to IRCC?
Your application is always submitted through our RCIC-licensed consultant (R530075), regardless of whether you add RCIC Review. This ensures your application meets all regulatory requirements. The difference is the depth of review before submission.
What does the platform fee include?
AI-powered document analysis and validation, risk assessment scoring, readiness reports, application form auto-fill, unlimited AI chat support, progress tracking, and submission through our RCIC. Government application fees and optional add-on services (translation, notarization) are separate.
What are government fees and when do I pay them?
Government fees (e.g., TRV $100, Biometrics $85, Study Permit $150, Work Permit $155, PR Processing $950 + $575 RPRF) are charged by IRCC to process your application. When do I need certified translation or notarization?
IRCC requires certified translations (by an ATIO-accredited translator) for any document not in English or French. Certain documents also need notarized copies. Our AI will flag which of your uploaded documents need translation or notarization, and you can order these services directly through our platform.
Is my personal data secure?
Yes. All documents are encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. Your data is processed by AI in isolated environments and never shared with third parties. We comply with PIPEDA (Canadian privacy law) and our RCIC is bound by professional confidentiality obligations.
What happens after my application is submitted?
You'll receive real-time status updates in your dashboard as IRCC processes your application. If IRCC requests additional information, our RCIC will notify you through the platform and guide you on what to provide. You can communicate with your RCIC directly through the built-in messaging system.
