Important Legal Notice

Arrivion is an AI technology company. We are not a law firm, immigration consultancy, or licensed immigration representative. No person employed by or associated with Arrivion provides immigration advice or representation.

Under Section 91 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA), only authorized representatives — including licensed Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCICs), lawyers, and Quebec notaries — may provide immigration advice or represent individuals before IRCC for a fee.

All AI-generated outputs on this platform (including risk assessments, compliance reviews, form suggestions, and chat responses) are general information tools only. They do not constitute immigration advice under IRPA and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional consultation with a licensed representative.

6. RCIC Partnership

RCIC review services are provided by InstaLand Immigration (instaland.ca), a licensed Canadian immigration consultancy. When you opt for RCIC review:

  • Your application data is shared with InstaLand Immigration for professional review.
  • InstaLand operates under their own regulatory obligations as a licensed RCIC.
  • Arrivion facilitates the connection but is not directly responsible for RCIC advice or opinions.
  • Only the RCIC review constitutes professional immigration advice. All other outputs on the platform are AI-generated general information.

7. AI Features & Accuracy Disclaimer

Our platform uses multiple AI agents to assist with your application:

  • Aria (Chat Advisor): Provides general information about Canadian immigration programs. Aria's responses are generated by AI and reflect general knowledge — they are not personalized immigration advice.
  • Nova (Document Analyst): Extracts information from your uploaded documents. Extraction may contain errors, especially with handwritten, low-quality, or non-standard documents.
  • Atlas (Form Specialist): Maps extracted data to immigration form fields. Auto-populated fields may be inaccurate and must be reviewed by you before submission.
  • Sage (Compliance Reviewer): Provides risk scores and compliance assessments. These are AI-generated estimates and do not predict actual application outcomes with IRCC.

⚠️ AI-generated assessments, risk scores, compliance reviews, and form auto-fills may contain errors. You are solely responsible for reviewing all information before submitting any application to IRCC. A high AI risk score does not guarantee approval, and a low score does not guarantee refusal.

8. AI Data Processing Consent

By using Arrivion's AI features, you consent to your uploaded documents and personal information being processed by third-party AI services, which may include xAI / Grok or OpenAI depending on the configured provider, for document analysis, form population, compliance review, and chat support. For full details on how your data is processed, please see our Privacy Policy.

9. User Responsibilities

  • Provide truthful and accurate documents and information.
  • Do not upload fraudulent, altered, or misleading documents.
  • Review all AI-generated forms and assessments before submission to IRCC.
  • Comply with all applicable Canadian immigration laws and regulations.
  • Understand that AI outputs are tools to assist you, not a replacement for professional judgment.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform (including AI models, software, design, and text) are owned by Arrivion and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arrivion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

  • Application refusals or delays by IRCC
  • Inaccuracies in AI-generated assessments, risk scores, or form fills
  • Loss of data or service interruptions
  • Actions or omissions of RCIC partners
  • Any decisions made based on AI-generated information

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
